Ordered and group signing—Allows users to manage logical groups who review and approve documents (e.g. the executive team) and include sequenced signing, enabling positional levels to review and approve in order.
HTML differencing—Enables authorized users to graphically examine how documents have changed between versions to better understand modifications.
Advanced editing—Editing in place and drag and drop processing of non-HTML documents frees users from saving and finding documents for incorporating in the system, making it easier to load non-HTML documents.
Online bulk document loading—enables large quantities of documents to be easily loaded; different groups of users can load and pass along information without data loss and identified documents are immediately available for use.
