Lucidoc works closely with clients to develop a project installation schedule that meets the needs of each organization. Once electronic documents are readied and received and a training schedule is outlined, the Lucidoc solution can be brought online within a short two to four week timeframe.
Implementations are carefully orchestrated and typically include these five sequential steps:
- A project kick off meeting
To jointly identify milestones and challenges, and develop a detailed project timeline
- Administrative training
One-on-one training for administrators
- Document conversion and loading
Document loading and HTML converting plus editing, approvals, importing and publishing
- Author, executive and user onsite and web-based training
- Train-the-trainer training
